Umm Suqeim for families: why we chose this area
If you ask most brokers where a family should live in Dubai, they will probably mention Dubai Hills, Arabian Ranches or The Springs. These are good areas. But we live in Umm Suqeim — and after almost four years here, I have never regretted this choice.
There is the beach, older city fabric, villas with plots, schools nearby and a feeling of real life — not just a gated community.
